User Agreement
This User Agreement ("Agreement") is between Thai-Cannabis.Online, Thailand, and the user ("You").
1. Consent
By signing up to Thai-Cannabis.Online and by marking the "I accept the terms of the Agreement" checkbox, you are deemed to and do consent to be bound by and become a party to this Agreement and you represent that you have the authority to enter into this Agreement. If you do not agree to be bound by all of the terms of this Agreement click the "Cancel" button to cancel the registration.
2. Your Age
You confirm to be 20 year old or older.
3. Pregnant
You confirm not be pregnant. The use of high THC cannabis may hurt your own and your baby's health during pregnancy.
4. Mental Illness
You confirm not to be subject to any mental illness. High THC cannabis may have unforeseen effects to your mental condition.
4. No Warranty
You confirm to understand and accept the fact that using the products supplied by Thai-Cannabis.Online may cause unpleasant experiences and may or may not hurt your physical or mental health. And that Thai-Cannabis.Online or any affiliates cannot
under any circumstances be held responsible for any damages directly or indirectly caused by using the products.
5. No Refund or Compensation
You confirm to fully understand that no refund will be made after the payment has been executed by you.
6. No Exports
You confirm to understand and comply with the Thai Law prohibiting any exports of directly or indirectly cannabis related products.
7. Newsletter
You confirm to accept to receive newsletters or any other emails from Thai-Cannabis.Online
